Returns & Exchanges

At Bunker Branding Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Process & Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
